1. The candidate should get the Admission Form to be filled up correctly, the cost of an Admission Form is Rs 300.00.

2. The candidate has to appear for an admission test on the appointed day. The parents of the candidate may also be interviewed, if necessary.

3. Birth Certificate issued by the local government authorities in the case of Pre-Nursery, Nursery & K. G. must be produced at the time of admission. T. C. & Report Card issued by the previous school in the case of other classes must be produced.

4. The minimum age of admission in Pre-Nursery is three plus, Nursery is/our plus and that of K. G. is five plus. The Principal of the School may refuse admission without assigning any reason.

5. After admission, the date of birth, will on no account, be changed wen if the parents have made a mistake at the time of admission. The date of birth shown on the T. C. issued by the previous school, ran never be altered.


1. A clear calendar month's notice in writing or one month's fee in lU?u of notice must be given before a pupil is withdrawn.

2. The Principal may, in the interest of the school, dismiss a student for the following reasons :
a) If a student has failed to accept the discipline of the school.
b) If a student's presence is detrimental to the interest of the other students.
c) If a student's conduct is injurious to the moral tone of the school or incompatible with the school discipline.

3. One full calendar months' notice in writing must be given to the Principal by the parent or one month fees paid before a pupil may be withdrawn from the school. Transfer Certificate will not be issued before all the dues are paid. A fee of Rs. 200/- will be charged for the issue of T.C.

4. The Principal reserves the right to ask any parent to withdraw his child from the School if this is in the best interest of the school or the student.


1. The promotion of a child does not depend entirely on the result of the Annual Examination.
    i. Should have made a satisfactory progress in English securing pass standard by the end of the academic year.
    ii. Should have secured a pass standard in five compulsory Groups, viz. English, 2nd Language, Science, Mathematics, History & Geography; Computers.
    iii. Should have secured a minimum aggregate of 40% in all subjects, (for classes I to VIII)
    iv. Attendance will be considered as a subject. Any shortfall below the required level will lead to loss of rank in class.The child may not be allowed to sit for the finals in extreme situations.

2. Promotion criteria for classes 9 to 12 will be as per council criteria.

3. Should a child fail to qualify for promotion in a class at the end of two consecutive years, he / she will have to be withdrawn from the school.

4. Disciplinary action will be taken against any child who is found to have used unfair means in the tests an examinations. Should the child concerned continue t repeat the offence he / she will have to be withdrawn from, the school.

5. The assessment made by the teachers and checked by the Principal is fair and final. No representation in regard for promotion will be entertained.

6. Parents are kept informed of the academic performance of the children through their Progress Reports. The Final Report at t end of the academic year indicates the overall grade obtained the student in each subject in the course of the year.

A. Attendance: Minimum 85% attendance is must for promotion. Those who lose or damage the progress report card will have pay Rs. 100/- for a new report card.
